BENEFITS COUNSELING

Our agency offers a single one-stop-shop entry system to assist Seniors, people with disabilities, their families, and Caregivers to learn about long-term care services and supports. This system is known as the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) program. Callers are provided sources of information, one-on-one counseling, and streamlined access to services and supports. SENIOR FARMERS MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM Thank you for your interest in the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP). It is with regret that we must inform you that the maximum number of applications that we have funds to serve for the 2025 year has been reached. Therefore, we are no longer accepting applications for 2025. You may apply for the 2026 Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program benefits beginning in mid-January in 2026.
