There is no charge for this service. But, the Older Americans Act requires that every person who receives advice or representation be given an opportunity to contribute to the legal program.  Contributions are strictly voluntary and tax deductible.

You will have to pay for costs charged by the courts or others (the cost of filing court fees of getting copies of documents). If your problem requires payment of these or other costs, we will discuss this with you.
